Elective Ultrasound Disclaimer

Elective ultrasounds provided have no medical purpose, and no medical reports are provided. Our only intent is to allow you and your family to share an unforgettable experience with your baby.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment, arriving late shortens the length of your service as it can affect the next expecting parents schedule time.

Rescheduling

Sometimes babies can be shy and may not cooperate during a 3D/4D/HD ultrasound, making it difficult for the sonographer to obtain the best images or, in some cases, confirm the gender. In these situations, we may invite you to return for a complimentary re-scan within two weeks.

We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. The first reschedule is free; however, rescheduling more than once will require an additional deposit.

Cancellation

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the deposit fee.

Sick Policy

If you or any of your guests are feeling sick or unwell, we respectfully ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps us maintain a safe, healthy, and germ-free environment for everyone.
